On Friday, June 6, 2025, the Leadership Geauga 2024-25 Signature Adult Program held its graduation ceremony at Meadow Ridge Events in Windsor. The event marked the successful completion of the Adult Program by a group of exceptional individuals.

The Signature Adult Program had 38 participants who live and/or work in Geauga County. Throughout the year, these individuals traveled 399 miles throughout Geauga County, met 138 community leaders, and visited 89 organizations. The class participants included:
