Leadership Geauga’s annual Emerald Ball is a celebration of community, leadership, and connection. Proceeds from this signature event support Leadership Geauga’s mission to develop and encourage the leader in everyone through personal growth, leadership development, and civic engagement. Funds raised benefit our core programs, the Signature Adult Program, Youth Institute, and Heritage Program for Retirees, helping to build a stronger, more engaged Geauga County.
